The ISU World Junior Speed Skating Championships 2007 will be held in accordance with the 2006 Regulations of the International Skating Union (ISU) and relevant ISU Communications, in particular ISU
Communication No. 1424.
Participation in the ISU World Junior Speed Skating Championships is open to Junior Skaters who belong to
an ISU Member (Rule 130 paragraph 1).
A Junior is a skater who has not reached the age of 19 by July 1, 2006
(Rule 108 paragraph 1 b) and who have achieved required qualifying times according to ISU
Communication No. 1424
Anti-doping
Anti-doping tests will be carried out in accordance with
the valid ISU Anti-Doping Code (ISU Communications
Nos. 1372 & 1373 or any further updates of these Communications).
